With key metrics displayed as isolated numbers without trend context, missing comparative analysis capabilities for ROI assessment, and limited campaign management functionality, advertisers faced cognitive friction when optimizing spend across AI conversation platforms. Industry research shows advertisers using data-driven insights achieve 5-8x better ROI than those relying on intuition alone, highlighting the importance of clear performance visualization. The interface lacked immediate campaign control capabilities, missing critical impression and click metrics in campaign listings, and generic visual presentation that didn't match the innovative nature of AI-first advertising.
